I'm excited to share that I've been invited by Motherhood Minute to speak at the 2025 Mental Health & Motherhood Summit happening October 10-11!

This virtual event is designed to connect mothers with mental health resources, offering a low-barrier approach that deeply values community and connection. It is 100% volunteer-driven by mothers who care about building up awareness and support for other mothers.

In my session, I'll be sharing how I discovered I was stuck in survival mode after trauma, postpartum challenges, and a stroke—and how I gently began to heal through somatic tools like EFT, vagal toning, and hypnotherapy when talk therapy alone wasn’t enough. I’ll be sharing practical ways to support nervous system regulation for both you and your children, and what redefining strength in motherhood has come to mean to me—one breath, one moment at a time.
